Before 2020, external market research revealed limited awareness of Texas State University among Texans. To shift this perception, we launched the TXST NEXT brand campaign, highlighting how Texas State drives the future workforce of Texas. Through a multichannel strategy—including print, digital, out-of-home advertising, video, social media, and activation events—we showcased the university’s statewide, national, and global impact.

125 Years of TXST

To celebrate Texas State University’s 125th anniversary in 2024, we launched a multichannel campaign that honored the past while looking to the future. At the center was a dedicated website featuring an interactive timeline of TXST’s history, bringing key moments to life.

The campaign extended across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms, highlighting the university’s evolution and impact. Tactics included limited-edition merchandise, a brand toolkit for campus partners, and yearlong storytelling moments that fostered pride and connection across the TXST community.
